Anand Swamy

Anand Swamy

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Anand Swamy has spent his career building businesses from the ground up and scaling them further and faster than most. At PivotX Advisors, he brings that operator's background to a question most large organizations are still working through: how do you move from isolated AI pilots to something that improves how the business runs?

He has spent more than 25 years scaling some of the largest technology businesses in the world. At HCLTech, he led the growth of the Ecosystems business more than elevenfold over seven years into a nearly $1.8 billion P&L, leading 10 global business units, structuring a joint venture with Intel Ventures, and contributing to a $2.1 billion landmark deal. Before that, he scaled Cognizant's Midwest manufacturing practice from $4 million to $52 million in just over three years. He has owned P&Ls, led transformations for Fortune 500 companies, and served on the partner advisory boards of Dell, Cisco, Intel, and VMware.

At PivotX, Anand leads a team that works alongside senior executives to define strategy, build the data and AI infrastructure that supports real decisions. As co-founder, he is responsible for whether PivotX's work improves how clients' businesses operate, not just whether it gets delivered. He also mentors early-stage founders navigating the gap between product and enterprise scale and holds an MBA from IBS Hyderabad and an executive leadership credential from Harvard Business School.

Poornima Ramaswamy

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Poornima Ramaswamy has spent more than 25 years helping organizations turn data into decisions. As co-founder and CEO of PivotX Advisors, she built the firm around a simple belief: that data only creates value when it changes how people work, not just how they report.

Her career runs through some of the most influential names in enterprise technology. At Cognizant, she built and led the AI and Analytics practice in North America, overseeing more than 15,000 employees across nine industry verticals and founding the firm's Chief Data and AI Advisory Council. At Qlik, she held three successive executive roles, ultimately serving as Chief Transformation Officer, where she ran a global office responsible for customer, partner, and internal transformation. In both roles, she worked from inside the business and owned the outcomes.

That operator's instinct defines how PivotX works with clients by treating data as a product rather than a byproduct of operations and not walking away until the work is adopted across the enterprise. Poornima is a recognized voice in the field, named to the National Diversity Council's Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology and published widely on data strategy, responsible AI, and organizational change. She holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Madras and an MBA from ICFAI Business School.

HOW WE DELIVER IT

Method elements that produce this outcome

Yours would look different.

We start by finding where your team’s time is actually being lost. Then we build around the work that matters most, so AI moves from an experiment to something your finance team uses every day.

01

An Embedded Partner

We’re not there for weekly status calls. We sit inside your team, work on your problems, and stay until the solution is running. The people shaping the strategy are the same people shipping the solution to prevent dilution between what was planned and what gets built.

02

Two Parallel Tracks

Strategy and execution run simultaneously for the full ten weeks with no handoff in the middle. Track A handles the technical build while Track B handles business framing, change management, and adoption. They meet during with weekly checkpoints so both teams are progressing together. That ensures the strategy is still relevant when the solution ships.

03

Production-grade prototyping

MVPs are designed for production from week one, with governance and observability built in from the start. We don’t build a demo and then figure out how to productionize it. The first MVP is the first version of the real thing.

Proof

Pilots that became operating procedure.

PivotX has taken companies from initial assessment to production-grade AI in weeks, not quarters. The cases below aren’t proofs of concept. They’re actual production.
